🎮 Dead End Depot
⭐ Crazy3D Editor's Pick: A parcel can be one square from its destination and still be awkward to deliver. Dead End Depot makes the space around each package matter, because you must stand on the correct side to push it and cannot pull it back into place.
🔎 What is Dead End Depot?
Dead End Depot is a single-player warehouse logic puzzle built around pushing parcels to their matching gates. Packages and destinations use both colors and symbols, giving you two ways to check the correct pairing before moving anything. The aim is to complete each delivery without trapping a package or closing a route you still need.
The defining movement rule is simple: you can push, but you cannot pull. The worker needs a route to the square behind each parcel before pushing it. Moving a package closer to its gate can be unhelpful if you lose that access.
The publisher's page credits jameslee and lists publication on September 11, 2026. The playable build opens with a Start Shift option and a level-based warehouse campaign.
🕹️ How a delivery puzzle works
- Start a shift and inspect the stage. Identify each parcel, its matching gate, and the open floor around it. Look for narrow passages that packages could block.
- Plan the last push first. Decide which direction the parcel needs to enter its destination from, then locate the square where the worker must stand to make that push.
- Walk into position. Use the movement controls to get behind the parcel. Check that each push leaves room for the next move.
- Deliver in a workable order. Protect access to the remaining packages as you make deliveries. Use undo when a move creates a position you did not intend.
- Review the result. Completing the stage earns a result with stars. Compare your performance with the displayed target, then continue or replay if you want a more efficient solution.

🏆 Stages and stars
The game interface shows 60 levels and a total of 180 available stars. The opening stage provides a clear introduction: push the parcel upward three times to deliver it. In the tested build, that solution meets the displayed target of three pushes and earns three stars.
Check each stage's own target when planning a replay. Find a reliable route first, then look for unnecessary pushes you can remove.
The publisher also lists differently sized parcels and later floor mechanisms, including conveyors, one-way sections, teleporters, and fragile tiles. Read their in-game instructions when introduced; the opening stage does not demonstrate their full behavior.
✨ What makes the warehouse challenging?
Pushing creates directional commitments
A push changes both the parcel's location and the worker's access to it. Before moving a package against a wall, consider whether you will need to stand on that side later.
Colors and symbols identify deliveries
Use both markings when matching parcels to gates. Checking the symbol is a useful second step when several packages occupy a small area or when similar-looking colors make a quick glance uncertain.
Delivery order affects walking routes
Several individually sensible routes may interfere with each other. Ask which parcel must pass through a shared corridor first and whether your current move would obstruct access to another package.
Undo supports deliberate experimentation
You can test a small idea and step back when it fails. Test a specific question, such as whether a parcel can pass through a gap, then revise your route.
🧠 Five practical warehouse tips
- Work backward from the gate. Identify the final pushing position, then the position before it. This often reveals which part of the warehouse must remain accessible.
- Be careful with corners. A parcel pushed into a corner may have no useful exit. Check whether that position is actually part of the delivery route before committing to it.
- Plan the worker's path too. Mentally trace how you will reach the next pushing side. An empty square beyond the parcel does not help if you cannot get behind it.
- Undo at the first clear mistake. If a push blocks an essential route, reverse it while the cause is easy to recognize. Avoid layering more uncertain moves onto a known problem.
- Optimize after solving. Complete a stage with an understandable route first. On a replay, compare that route with the displayed target and look for pushes that moved a parcel away and back again.
📱 Desktop and mobile play
Desktop players can choose between arrow keys and WASD. The publisher lists swiping and on-screen arrows for touch devices. A wider display gives the warehouse more room; try landscape orientation if the board feels cramped. Performance and layout can differ between browsers and devices.
