🎃 Boo Chains

Boo Chains is a Halloween number puzzle about finding a route, not simply spotting identical tiles. Neighboring numbers can connect when they match or differ by one, and the supplier includes a wraparound between 9 and 1.

🔎 What is Boo Chains?

Boo Chains is a browser puzzle from Mapi Games, distributed by GameMonetize. You drag through adjacent numbered pieces to create a chain. Each next step needs planning: a useful number must also be reachable from your current position.

The supplier lists it on October 19, 2026. This is a recent catalog entry, not evidence of a popularity ranking. In our opening test, dragging across the first-row sequence 1→2→3→4→5→6 produced a visible score, coins, a combo indicator, and a pumpkin-bomb bonus.

🕹️ How to play in five steps

  1. Click or tap the opening prompt and let the hosted player’s automatic pre-roll finish. The observed session then entered Stage 1 without an external game-page detour.
  2. Inspect the board and read the current objective. Choose a starting piece with a plausible neighboring continuation rather than selecting a number in isolation.
  3. Hold the mouse button and drag through adjacent pieces. The supplier’s rule allows matching numbers or numbers differing by one, including 9↔1.
  4. Release to submit the route. In testing, the six-number first-row chain registered a result.
  5. Review the changed board, score, and available bonuses. Read the current stage prompts before planning another chain.

Only mouse dragging was verified in active play. The keyboard labels above reproduce the supplier’s control list without claiming each shortcut was tested. Consult the current in-game instructions for their exact behavior and any costs or limits; do not assume hints, shuffles, or skills are unlimited.

🏆 Stages and progression

The supplier describes five zones, five heroes, a boss every ten stages, upgrades, daily tasks, and gifts. These are advertised features, not verified complete-play results. No full campaign, boss fight, daily reward cycle, or upgrade economy was independently tested.

The verified Stage 1 action showed 570 points, nine coins, Combo ×2, and a pumpkin-bomb reward. Those values describe that one interaction, not fixed rewards for every six-piece chain. We did not establish persistent saves, account requirements, hero unlock prices, or later-stage completion conditions.

✨ Four mechanics worth understanding

Number relationships and board position

Matching values are allowed, but consecutive values offer another route. The 9↔1 exception described by the supplier closes the numerical loop. You still need adjacent pieces; an attractive number elsewhere on the board is not automatically a valid next step. No specific diagonal rule was established in our test.

Longer chains and special bonuses

The supplier links longer chains with pumpkin bombs, lightning, and wild ghosts. A pumpkin-bomb bonus appeared in our opening test; lightning and wild-ghost behavior were not separately verified. Avoid assuming an exact chain-length threshold or a particular special-effect radius without checking the game’s own guidance.

Obstacles can change the route

Webs, chains, gravestones, and armor appear in the supplier’s feature description. Their individual rules were not tested. When a new obstacle is introduced, read its explanation before applying an opening-stage habit. Route planning may require attention to more than the number printed on a piece.

Heroes add another decision layer

The supplier advertises five heroes and a skill control. We did not verify their identities, individual powers, or unlock requirements. Use the actual selection and skill descriptions rather than assuming every hero changes the board in the same way.

🧠 Five useful tips

  1. Plan at least the next connection before dragging. A promising starting number is less useful if its neighbors leave you nowhere to go.
  2. Check both matching and consecutive values. Looking only for identical numbers can hide a valid continuation.
  3. Remember the supplier’s 9↔1 rule when scanning board edges or tight groups. Number wraparound does not mean the board itself wraps.
  4. Prefer a clear valid route over an uncertain longer one. Learn how the game accepts your input before chasing elaborate chains.
  5. Reassess after every release. New board positions and bonus pieces can change the best next route, so repeating the previous gesture blindly is unreliable.

📱 Desktop and mobile experience

The supplied game has a portrait-oriented layout. On desktop, keep the board and lower controls visible; full-screen may help. Our successful chain was drawn with a mouse in an embedded player.

GameMonetize marks the game as mobile ready and describes touch dragging, but phone performance and touch precision were not independently verified. Start with a short route on your device. A publisher prompt or pre-roll may appear before play as part of the hosted player.

❓ Common questions

Is Boo Chains free to play?

You can launch the browser game from Crazy3D. The observed hosted player showed pre-roll advertising. We did not inspect every later purchase or reward screen and made no in-game purchase.

Must all numbers in a chain be identical?

No. The supplier allows equal numbers or neighbors differing by one, with 9↔1 as an exception. The pieces must also be adjacent. Follow any stage-specific instructions.

What was actually checked in the embedded version?

Stage 1 launched and accepted a mouse-drawn chain in an iframe matching Crazy3D’s core permissions and referrer policy. The official game address stayed unchanged and no external navigation was observed. This does not verify the production origin, all devices, or the full campaign.

Try Candy Shop: 3D Match Puzzle for another matching activity, Box Press Puzzle for a mechanical sequencing puzzle, or Merge Infinity for another puzzle session. A shared Boo Chains ruleset is not verified.
